Cibaria Manly brings the spirit of southern Italy’s coastline to Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Designed by hospitality specialists Luchetti Krelle, the venue channels the openness of Mediterranean piazzas through an interplay of light, materiality, and spatial rhythm.
The dining experience unfolds across a series of interconnected zones. Defined areas anchor the bar, dining and service spaces, while generous openings create a sense of flow between them. Arched thresholds guide movement, framing each space and reinforcing a visual language of connection and openness.
Materiality plays a central role in shaping the atmosphere. Curved wall treatments soften the structured geometry of tiled surfaces, balancing the tactile with the architectural. Subtle plaster finishes, timber accents, and ceramic details layer texture to heighten the sensory experience.
In addition to its crafted finishes, Cibaria Manly integrates modern electrical solutions throughout. ZETR’s 13 / FLUSH Double Outlet DUSBC in Matte Black delivers seamless functionality, supporting the operational needs of a bustling hospitality environment while remaining visually unobtrusive.
