In the hinterland of Newrybar, artist Jai Vasicek and filmmaker Matt Sharp have crafted a home defined by light, texture and artistic expression. Every surface and opening has been deliberately chosen to highlight the surrounding landscape and the couple’s distinctive creative language.
Throughout the residence, 13 FLUSH power and switching is integrated to preserve this clarity. Set perfectly flush within plastered walls, the fittings disappear into the architecture. They allow the eye to move uninterrupted across textured surfaces, arched thresholds and curated artworks.
ZETR’s purpose is not to compete with design, but to support it. The electricals minimal presence supports the home’s sculptural qualities, ensuring the focus remains on light, materiality and art.
